Serum Information/What to do after ordering
Your product will be delivered to the address you specified when you made your purchase. We ship on a regular basis, with dispatch typically within 48 hours Monday - Friday after purchase.

If you are selling the serum unfragranced* or customising the serum, adding Essential oils or Fragrance oils, and have ordered a CPSR in your name from our Shop, or have a bespoke serum CPSR, then you will be the Responsible Person. You will need to register yourself and the products that you will sell, with the UK SCPN (The UK Submit Cosmetic Product Notifications), notifying the Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS). EU based clients will need to register with the CPNP.

*If you are selling just the unfragranced pre certified serum, make sure that you have our complimentary CPSR for that, enabling you to sell under your own contact details & register as above. From Spring 2023 we're sending those with each new serum purchase but if you have previously bought serums and want a CPSR for just the unfragranced serum contact us.
