This Cosmetic Product Safety Report (customised in your name) will enable you to create two luxurious eye serums using either one of our unique serum bases. Select your choice using the drop down menu of either Chamomile & Calendula or Hawthorn & Horse Chestnut & we will write that into your CPSR.
 
This CPSR has been created with carefully selected Essential oil blends, perfect to market as a pair, or indeed individual eye serums that are easily comparable with high end brands. Sell them as suggested, as an eye serum for a morning and night time routine, enhance sales using the features & benefits of the serum itself, the essential oils and in having a skin care routine that targets self care.  The blends have been chosen to be gender neutral. 
 
The  report features the following adaptable EO blends
 
Frankincense (Boswellia Carterii and or Serrata) & Sweet Orange (eg Rise n Shine, Wake up blend, Refresh & Balance, Energise etc)
 
Frankincense (Boswellia Carterii and or Serrata)& Lavender (eg Night ritual, Relax & Restore, etc)
 
Of course you can market the eye serums under any names that you choose provided that they are sold for eye use.
 
You'll use one of our Serum bases, you can choose from Chamomile & Calendula or Hawthorn & Horse Chestnut, to make up your serums. From there, you are free to package as you wish and market the finished eye serums under your own brand and labelling. 
 
You will be the Responsible Person (RP) and so the finished cosmetic product will need to be registered with the UK Portal or the CPNP (EU clients), & a Product Information File (PIF) created for the each version you market.  We can provide you with supporting guides to the key areas of the cosmetic legislation; creating compliant labels, putting together a PIF,  a Good Manufacturing Practice document (GMP)  and our ongoing support of course.
