Physical goods

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we are unable at to exchange or refund our Serum and All in One Wash once delivered if you change your mind.

Should you have a damaged delivery or a delivery that you believe is incorrect, please contact us as above.

 

Digital goods

(CPSR)

Refunds are not available for digital goods, including those that are customised in your name.  Again, if you experience any issues please do contact us and we will address your concerns.
