Firstly, our thanks for your order, we appreciate your visit.
If you experience any issues with a purchase or delivery from us, please in the first instance contact email@example.com. Mark your email subject FAO Amanda or Suzanne and we will work with you to address your concerns.
We are unable at this time to exchange or refund our serum once it has been delivered if you change your mind.
Should you have a damaged delivery or a delivery that you believe is incorrect, please contact us as above.
Refunds are not available for digital goods, including those that are customised in your name. Again, if you experience any issues please do contact us and we will address your concerns.
