This is for a CPSR (assessment report) in your name, using one of our Serums as the base for a light yet deeply moisturising Vegan friendly eye serum. Select either the Chamomile & Calendula or Hawthorne & Horse Chestnut serum as your base product from the drop down list and the CPSR will be written in your name, with the Serum base of your choice.

You will need to purchase the base products from us. You are free to buy your Essential oils from any reputable supplier and add them to the base as follows;
 
Sweet Orange Essential oil  - 1% Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Sinensis) Peel Oil
Cedarwood Essential Oil  - 0.5%  Cedrus Atlantica Wood Oil
